Ushijima the Loan Shark's Manabe Pens One-Shot in Morning

2nd live-action adaptation of Ushijima the Loan Shark premiered earlier this year
This year's 47th issue of Kodansha's Morning magazine is announcing on Thursday that Ushijima the Loan Shark creator Shohei Manabe will pen a new one-shot in the magazine's next issue, which is scheduled to be released in Japan on October 30.
The one-shot, titled Shopping Mall, revolves around the seemingly real lives of young delinquents Kiyoharu and Taropon.
TheUshijima the Loan Shark manga has been running in Shogakukan's Weekly Big Comic Spirits magazine since 2004, and over 5 million copies of its compiled volumes are in print. The manga has inspired two live-action film adaptations, including one that premiered earlier this year.
