As far as I know and going by a recent tweet (which has since been deleted by MAX Nordic), it's going to be on MAX since they license all(?) the DC content.

Standard DC animated MO is to release the product on Blu-Ray/Direct to Digital, and then one quarter later, drop it on Max. It says it will be out on July 8, but you'll be paying for the Blu-Ray to watch it until October.

I’d be shocked if they didn’t dub such a lucrative project, especially since they’ll presumably be aiming this at casual viewers.

Max does weekly releases. Peacemaker was a streaming original and new episodes came out every week.
Max doesn't do the binge releases like Netflix does.

That's for animated movies though, not tv series, My Adventures with Superman is releasing weekly on Max.
