Both manga slated for October 26

Indonesian publisher Elex Media Komputindo announced on Thursday that it has licensed Miko Mitsuki's Virgin Blood - Hiiro no Bansan and Yuki Ishikawa's Uwame Zukai ga Kikanai Riyū (The Reason Why Upturned Glances Don't Work) manga. Both manga are slated for release on October 26.

Virgin Blood - Hiiro no Bansan centers on Mimiko, raised by a different "father" ever since her biological parents passed away. Eventually, as she grows up, she falls in love with her new father, even as she finds out one night that he was actually a vampire who sought her virgin blood.

Mitsuki launched the manga in Shogakukan's Sho-Comi magazine in 2013, and ended it in 2014. Shogakukan published the manga's one compiled book volume in Feburary 2014.

Uwame Zukai ga Kikanai Riyū centers on Daria Makino, a high-school girl who won't hesitate to act cute just so guys can say it to her, even if it earns her the ire of every girl in school. Only one guy in school, Kohazame, has the guts to tell her publicly that her makeup is ugly. He tells her that he used to like her back then, and produces a photo of Daria in her junior high school days that she has been trying to keep a secret.

Ishikawa launched the manga in Shogakukan's Cheese! magazine in 2014, and ended it in 2015. Shogakukan published the manga's one compiled book volume in March 2015.
