More Battle Of The Planets DVDs

Lana Berman, a spokeswoman with Rhino Home Video, has confirmed to www.pulpculture.net that more Battle of the Planets VHS and DVD volumes will follow the first two due out this month. Volumes 3 and 4 are scheduled for release on Jan. 8, and volumes 5 and 6 are scheduled for release in March. Ms. Berman said that the new DVDs will follow the pattern set by vols. 1 and 2 in that they will contain uncut episodes of Gatchaman, as well as episodes of the alternate English-language version, G-Force, as extras. She added that Rhino plans to release additional volumes as long as they continue to sell.
